This Privacy Policy describes how BD Touch ("the App"), published on the Google Play Store, handles information when you use it. The App is operated by the owner of the domain amadernet.ispms.net ("we", "us").

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Overview

BD Touch is a mobile application that displays content from the website https://amadernet.ispms.net inside a web browser view (WebView). The App itself is a thin wrapper: it does not contain its own login system, payment system, or storage. However, the website content displayed in the App — including any forms, logins, and data you enter — is under the control of amadernet.ispms.net and is subject to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Device Identifier (Device or Other IDs)

When you open the App, it sends your device's Android ID (ANDROID_ID) to our server at https://amadernet.ispms.net/app as a query parameter (device_id). This is a persistent, non-personally-identifiable device identifier used to recognize your device across app sessions.

Purpose: We use the device identifier to maintain sessions, provide consistent content, and improve the reliability of the service.

2.2 Information You Provide Through the Website

Because the App loads live web content, you may provide information directly to the website, including but not limited to:

• Account registration details (name, username, password)
• Contact information (phone number, email address)
• Payment or billing information
• Messages, files, or other content you submit or upload

We collect this information only when you choose to submit it, and we use it only to provide the services offered on the website (for example, to create and manage your account, process requests, and provide customer support).

2.3 Files You Upload

The App includes a file picker that lets you select files (for example, images, PDF, CSV, Excel, or Word documents) to upload to the website. Files you select are transmitted only to amadernet.ispms.net and only when you take the action to upload them. We do not scan or access these files except as needed to deliver them to the website.

2.4 Web and App Activity Information

When you use the App, standard technical information may be transmitted to our server, including:

• The pages you view and how you interact with them
• Web cookies and similar technologies used by the website
• Your IP address
• Browser-type information (the WebView software version and your device's operating system version)

Purpose: This information helps us deliver and personalize content, diagnose technical problems, and improve the App and website.

Our servers automatically record diagnostic information, such as the date and time of your requests, error logs, and device type. This is used solely for technical support, security, and service improvement.

7. Data Backups and Google Cloud Backup

The App uses Android's standard backup mechanism (android:allowBackup="true"). WebView data such as cookies and local site storage may be included in Google's automatic cloud backup for Android devices, which is managed by Google under Google's own privacy practices. You can disable cloud backup for this App at any time in your device settings (Settings → Backup).

8. Permissions Used by the App

• Internet: Required to load the website content.
• File selection (via the system file picker): Required so you can choose files to upload to the website. The App does not read your files without you choosing them.

No other permissions (such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage) are requested or used.

9. Children's Privacy

The App and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you through the App or website.
